I have all the detailed plans I drew up. I have been contacted by a few people wanting to purchase them but struggle for how to do so. I wonder about liability and such.

RC, great blind. I have one in the works as well, but one thing has been bugging me.... the windows. my father in law's window's hinge in, he hates it. have to move to hinge the windows behind him. May i ask, how much was your counter weight? if you don't mind i'd love to borrow the idea for your windows.

counterwight size is based on window weight and friction to open them. yours will be different than another persons

MacGyver is a p****. You and your small G.I. Joe friends would totally kick his ***. WORD!

You are a master craftsman for sure my friend. Have you considered any sort of gun rest for your dad? I thought some sort of swivel U thingy on the windows would be a great addition to an already superior design. But that sort of stuff would just be some bling on a Caddy. Great job buddy!

    anchoring stand

Wow--great design. I am currently toying with building a tower stand for my daughter and I to hunt out of. It would be 12' high to the floor. My question is do you have yours sunk in the ground or just anchored--if anchored--with what? I am near amery in nw wisconsin and the stand would be partially protected from prevailing winds. If free standing, how much bigger should the base be than the stand? I am planning on the floor size to be 5x6 ro 6x6. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Wow....thanks for sharing this awesome project. LOL, I thought I had it bad, but models with GI Joes...now that's hardcore whitetail addiction.

One possible armchair solution is to use a pocket door. Such a door would solve you clearence problems and serve a stealthy way to shoot through the door frame
