Grizz (Josh), Brett, anybody take a look at the below. The pictures are from Saturday. I'm not sure where these deer are bedding going etc. I hunted them last night but deer movement was super slow. Nobody hunts anywhere near these guys and they are excellent deer for NC. I've got a climber that I'll be going into this afternoon set up near the Old logging road you see them standing in. Any ideas? These are big woods for around here. The deer... Hybrid... Topo....
I just saw this thread. I hope you get on those bucks today. I will mark up something when I get home. I would bet at that time of the day, that those bucks are bedded real close to where you got them on trail camera. In fact I bet they are bedded right to the south/southeast and once those thermals start to fall they move up and stage on those flats/logging road.
All I can say is that would be a shooter in my woods here in SE Pa. Set up very close by NOW! Those bachelor groups will be breaking up soon and those bucks will change their routines quickly.
I'd say make sure you're in that area around 710 pm. lol.. Those are shooter bucks most places, for most people. :D good luck getting on them!
thanks gentlemen, I'm heading in around 4:30 set within 40 yards of where this camera is placed. It's 90 degrees so I don't have just alot of hope, but we shall see. Brett def. mark it up, when these bucks break one will stay and I intend to kill him.
Here is something quick. I could be completely off base but I think that he might be there in that area due to a northwest wind ( I don't know where you live). Two quick thoughts....
