its alot easier to screw up while doing it up a tree and if you do there is a good chance you will end up out of your stand from the force of the string taking off.
yeah and they didn't have the crank type aids back then...btw have you ever tried holding even just 100lbs of pull back with both handles in one hand while you pull the trigger with the other? Most modern xbows have over 160lbs and many are recurve limbs(most accurate) with no let off.
Please grow up or find another forum. We don't need kiddies posting profanity. Also, you made absolutely no sense. You started asking why the OP says you shouldn't uncock with an aid (which implies you use an aid to uncock), then you argue that you "use your hands to cock and uncock"
I'm looking for a fight on an internet forum? No, not really. I'm just pointing out that you're immature because you're posting profanity and that you should stop or find another forum. If you can't deal with criticism when you post something that doesn't make any sense or when you post profanity and get called out on it, you probably should get off the internet until you grow up a bit.
