Any one ever use these top secret scents? I've been using the Tinks hot shot and Tinks scent drags and they are working for the purpose I am using them for. I am thinking of try them out and Just want to here feed back on them.

I have tried lots of gimmicks. My best advice is sit down and shut up. I think scents and calls do more harm for our everyday joes

I've totally given up on deer pee scents. Gland scents......especially forehead gland or pre-orbital gets you a much better response. Deer are peeing gallons onto the forest floor every day so how could this be effective?? Save the tarsals from deer you have killed and freeze them in the for next season. The best mock scrapes I've ever had were started with a forehead scent only.......I let multiple deer do the rest.

I am new and get caught up in all the gimmics they sell in the stores. I have had no luck with them and see why. I never realized why they don't work. This is why I love this sight the plain and simple truth. I have a bleat call and use doe pee. I have had no luck with them. I use scent controle I think this is the only thing that realy works. When I first started hunting I didn't use any thing just laundry detergent that was scent free. I didn't know enough about the sport and my scent. Now I know a little more about it and have had more succsess with hunting. I think I am going to sit down and shut up and wait.

I also don't plan to use anymore urine based scents except maybe just a doe urine scent on the way to my stand. Going to try the fore head gland scent though. . Anyone know of a good one?

I have had great success with H.S Lickin Stik but it is no longer available. Rack Rub from Code Blue produced "0" response. I just happen to have a couple bottles of Lickin Stik left, when I run out, I will probably try Smokey's. Now this may seem odd to some of you, but I have noticed a slight peanut butter smell in lures that contained forehead gland. J.V Wall Hanger has such a smell...IMO....same as Lickin Stik.
