Sounds awesome guys, I'm heading out in the morning and all weekend. We got a nice cold front that came through so the deer should be up and moving.
Just got out for the evening little while ago. Checked cams earlier in day and ended up being one of those times hate having cams. Last Friday, which was my first morning sit, had a decent 10 right by the stand I'm in now. Not sure if would of took him or not though, he's kinda one of the "game time" decision bucks have running around. Would haveta see him to decide. Showed up here two morning in a row though.
That's a good start. We have one of those that must live on our place. He is a "decent" 11 pointer. Believe he is only 2 1/2. Could be 3 1/2. Probably only 130". Rather see him in a year or 2.
Yea should be pretty good weekend. Hopefully they'll be up and moving. Haven't been seeing whole lot but all the crops are out now so they should be moving around now.
Yep, they are cutting our beans early next week. That is good. That'll leave just the food plots and the 2 acres of beans in the foodplot. The weather is great. I'm busy with the International Linemans Rodeo all week and weekend.
Just went out and got another stand ready. I hate trimming branches, always feel like after I'm done it's too wide open. Oh well just haveta see what happens. Hopefully be out all weekend and be able to put something down.
It is pretty neat. You seeing anything? I'm not usually very optimistic with the moon getting fuller.
Seen couple all the way across the feild about 300 yards away but nothing else really. Ha I think that all the time in some stands
