Today I went to my local pro shop to have a brand new Nap Apache rest installed on a Pse Vendetta xs. After about two minutes of messing around with the rest it was clear that it wasn't going to fit. But my pro shop owner which is also my friend made a phone call to Bob from Nap who is the head of enginering for Nap. Now my pro shop is in forest park IL and Nap Headquaters is in Forest Park IL also. Within 15 minutes Bob was at the pro shop checking for any possible way to install the rest. Due to Pse's super low cable guard mounting location there wasn't enough vertical movement to set proper nocking point height. Bob offered me an alternative rest at the apache cost which was very unexpected. I was just blown away with the fact that he had come down himself to inspect and verify the issue. I've always like Nap products but that sealed the deal its always great to see companies that still understand that customer service is important. On a side note the apache does fit on a axe 6 which has the cable guard 5/8 of an inch above the riser shelf vs the vendetta which is 1/2 of an inch.
If only Bob could work for so many other companies, we would be set. Haha. That is great that he did that for you. Its always great to hear things good that come from the outdoor industry.
I have been using their products off and on for almost 30 years now and have never had a complaint. Great people to do business with.
