ha, sorry, I just had to.

If I HAD to get something else.

    1. Helim
    2. Newest DXT I could find
    3. Hoyt Maxxis 31
    4. Bowtech Invasion
    5. Open

I prefer a smaller ATA bow, and single cams (not just a fanboy)

This is meant in all seriousness: You only can shoot one, and all the manufacturers have good if not great models...to put a top 5 list together is all speculation and opinion, no way to factually put a list together.

If you can kill a deer with it, its a plenty good bow. Why worry about what others think, just try them out and pick the one you like. Hard to go wrong anymore.

IMO, the Z28 is one of the best hunting bows ever made. But I think you already knew that :)

    1. Mathews Z7 (Not a cheap bow, but a good solid shooter)
    2. Mathews Helim (Not cheap, but an excellent shooter and light as a feather)
    3. Quest Rogue (A great shooting bow and cheap, just not as good as a Mathews)
    4. PSE Evo 7 (Very fast and a good shooter, but expensive and IMO ugly)
    5. Hoyt Element. (Very nice bow, but not enough bow for the money IMO)

    Pse Vendetta
    Pse EVO 7
    Mathews Z7X
    Mission Voyager XT
    Pse Bow Madness

I like PSE bows because of the small grips, speed, hybrid cams and adjustable draw lengths. I use to be a Mathews man but until the Z7 came out I hadn't been impressed with their models in the last few years.
