went to browse around the archery section and to check out the stoegor coach gun and went to the atv section.... AtV have gotten ridiculous. it seems there are no more plain simple ATV's. things have changed a lot from my ATV days.

it was list just shy of $13,000.... it is more of a truck than anything. looks like a hummer when talking about ground clearance. just amazed how pricey they are overall.

my first one was a honda 1983 ATC 110 hand-me-down frm my two cousin. and its still runnign hard today, but without brakes at my buddies farm who i sold it to http://www.3wheeler.org/pics/Honda/ATC110.jpg

then i upgraded to a 1996 90 cc sport style honda and then took over my dad 1996 foreman 300 which i sold to the same friend and it too is still running just as good as ever http://image48.webshots.com/49/2/31/62/330123162cGIbGp_ph.jpg

the 300 would get stuck cuz it was 2x4 but it did and went everywhere you wanted. getting stuck and getting out of the situation used to be alot of fun, with ones today i think it would take the fun and the obstacles out of riding. i just have a hard time believing the price and size of ones today.

I've had a Honda since 2000. Other than a recall on the electric shift, it has never had any problem.

Our experience has been the complete opposite of yours. We've had a few different Polaris Sportsman's the past several years, and have never had any problems with them. We had a couple 500 models, and now we have the 700. We also had a Bombardier at one point in time... that thing was huge and HEAVY
