I took a buddy of mine hunting for the first time and well He dropped a big ole doe on film. So far I am 2 for 2 on taking new hunters out and them killing within in an hour on stand and on film. I told ryan about 3 weeks ago he could hunt my property with me. On Friday the 4th he finally said are you being serious about allowing me to hunt or is this a joke? I told him Yeah lets get it done. Working in retail I walked by his office friday and he had about 1k in camo, nockturnals, new boots, scent killer, cover scent, and BHs. He shot with the new BHs all weekend and came to my house at 4 am on monday. We made the drive to Rushville and got into the tree around 540 ish and the rest is history. Lets just say Ryan is hooked for life. He sent me about 20 txt Monday night and into tuesday thanking me and showing me his meat processing. He made some jerky and summer sausage.

Let me know what you guys think on the video!

Thanks. We are trying to get a video loop playing in our store. Right now we have about 20 mins of kills with about 2 hrs worth of filler video. So far we have 3 does on film down and a 130 inch buck and our season just opened on the 1st

I don't have any plans right now but I'd love to hunt Illinois some time, never have. I hunt Wyoming, Oklahoma and Kansas each year but not in Texas :D. I'm mostly a public land hunter.

Great cinematography! I'm used to the bow mounted cam, so when she squatted to pee and you shifted I thought "oh no!" lol

I can't edit like that, good luck though, you got talent

Yeah I have a go pro that can me used on the bow using a capture my hunt mount. But I haven't really found a way that I like it on there. The shifting was because I was laughing about her not being camera shy. My only complaint was that I did t get good recovery film. The beans had some moisture on them And she wasn't bleeding at all. But from the thump and kick we knew she was hit hard and well. And the fact that she crashed in the beans. He was shooting exodus BHS and they just didn't leave a blood trail but left a great hole.

Very cool. 2 for 2? I have a feeling you're going to start getting a few requests for hunting invites.

I love taking people hunting that have not gotten the chance. I still remember my first hunt and I want them to remember theirs. I am so happy we got it all on film.
