I picked up and brought home the new Boss from Flambeau's Master Series.

We gave one of those away at our NWTF Banquet this year. They are FRICKEN HUGE. Even the big old IL bucks might be afraid of that thing.

But then again you never know until you try it out.

I looked at it when I was getting a decoy and decided it was way too big to lug around up here. I ended up getting a Carry Lite.

    Wimp, man up dude! :deer:

It's not bad, all the extremities detach and are carried inside the body cavity. A flo orange strap then attaches to the chest and under the tail, in a way it's just a big dufflebag at that point.

If I had the extra scratch, I believe this is what I would be getting. Although, I would have to keep him away from Rob's in order to protect his lunch money and himself from swirlys.:violin:

Hiawatha had one of those sent to my place..(dodging shipping) anyway that sucker looked like a buck on the juice.. I dont know how they would work but its been my experience with bucks and bulls to sound like the average joe and not the king of the mountain .. be interesting to hear how it works in your woods on your deer

HOLY! They don't make deer that big here in Wi!:d That thing may very well intimidate an average buck. Let us know how it goes.

Ah now you see, you guys either have small whitetails or you don't know your deer. I found this:

The most common misconception about the whitetail is its size. Almost everyone, including experienced hunters who should know better, usually holds his hand shoulder-high when indicating the size of this deer. He would do better to hold his hand a little above his belt, for the average whitetail stands between 36 and 40 inches high at the top of the shoulder. Especially big bucks may be 42 inches high. They have a total length of between 60 to 75 inches and an average weight of about 150 pounds. The Florida Key deer seldom weigh more than 80 pounds, while the largest whitetail deer on record is 511 pounds.

This deke stands 41" at the shoulder so it's just above average and smaller than a "big" buck......I can't help it he's just ripped and intimidating. And if he scares them, I didn't want them anyway. I'm looking for the one that challenges him.
