So I only got 15 pictures of deer (all doe) in a 2 week period out of 130 pictures combined between 2 cameras. Most of what I got were racoons, dogs, and squirrels. I would love to trap the racoons but I live too far away to trap them and get to them the next day so I might have to do a few overnighters and get rid of them. I think the reason I had so many racoons and dogs are because I put out some buck jam. Now that it's gone and there's only the corn, mineral pit, and licker block I'm hoping to have mostly deer when I pull the cards next.

The only picture I really liked was of the doe that has white socks on, I had her on camera last year as a fawn and again this year as a yearling. I would love for her to spread those genes for something unique. No bucks yet, hopefully they start showing themselves soon so I can see what made it through the winter.

Don't mind the date and time on the last picture, dummy me forgot to reset it for the year.

Love seeing deer with something different about them like that. Sure helps when you are trying to figure out how many you have and keep track of them.

Exactly, and it can be hard with does. If she didn't have the white socks, I would have never known. I am a little concerned on the bucks though, by this time last year I already had a few bucks on camera.

Make sure you look real good at the deer's head. Shed bucks are difficult to see until the new growth starts. Also, coons love corn. I have a few that are regulars at my place. It's funny to see the interaction between them and the deer.

I know what you mean about he coons. I went and checked mine Saturday. 1 camera had 1100 pics and about 1000 were coons. 50 were foxes and coyotes and about 50 were deer. On that same property I checked my other camera it at about 550 pics all but 3 were deer. Just weird.

Nice pics. Coons get on my nerves too. Since I moved my setup to a different spot, I have not seen any in a few weeks.

Thanks. I am sure everything I had on camera were does. I lowered the quality for the pictures down to low resolution on the corn feeder camera because I forgot to clear off the memory card from the end of last year and I didn't have 100% free space. The next batch should be better and I plan on having them out there for an extra few weeks this time.

I can relate to this thread. I put out a new camera and got 6200 pics and all but 100 were of coons! Six in one pic was the most I had.

You mean something like this? Got this 2 years ago...

Oh, and check out this buck. This is "the one that got away" a few years ago. I never saw him during that season and never got him on camera again after this day.
