In other news, Tom Brady is an animal this year....and his fluke interception is the only thing that has kept his stat line from looking like a football god these first two games. Anyone questioning who the best qb in the league is and was for the past 5+ years, look no further.

It helps that he is single handedly winning my fantasy league for me. :D

That being said...I saw on ESPN the other day the group of 3 African American guys discussing the game and on made the joke "The patriots, making short white guys relevant again at the skill positions!" They all laughed that deep, cough, crackling, goofy laugh and went on.

Turn that around and make a comment about African American quarterbacks from a white guy and we'd have quite the controversey!

Hey, no one asked for logic.

It is only socially acceptable for minorities to be racist, not the other way around.

But to agree with their point Wes Welker is the epitome of an oddball athlete making it big time! He should be a kicker but he is a big time WR! lol

And Ron Jaworski gets the third degree for saying S-Hit???

In my experience, the minorities are often more racist than the "majority." I've been dubbed a "Skinhead," and a "Hate-group leader" because I demanded that a non-caucasian woman do a better job at work, not put patients in danger, etc. And that was the response I got. I was also told..."I won't be held no slave to no WHITE man!!!" And when your boss and NCOIC (this was while I was in the Army) are both non-caucasians as well, you're in a bad position. That same boss asked me if I had a problem with a soldier "because he's BLACK?!?!" After I wrote up an incident when I caught him documenting false vital signs, not drawing blood samples, and trying to get a patient moved who was still unstable. This patient ended up needing several units of blood to make her stable, which I ensured that he stayed late and administered before being released from duty. I asked for a stripe from this soldier because it was the third such type occurence I had personally caught, though the other two weren't nearly as critical, anytime you're dishonest in charting in healthcare, you're directly putting that person in risk, and blatant dishonesty and lack of professionalism is a blatant breach of the "NCO's Creed," thus I asked for a stripe from this soldier because he wasn't representing what NCO's were supposed to represent. Needless to say, that request was DENIED!!!

As for Tony Romo, he's earned a little respect from me after that performance Sunday. Broken ribs AND a punctured lung ain't no joke at all!!! He no doubt probably had a chest tube placed late Sunday night or Early Monday morning, and that's a relatively painful experience. A severe punctured lung situation CAN kill people, and is not a very comfortable thing by any stretch of the imagination. :tu: for Tony on that performance.

Sorry long-winded, but the point is, racists from in many colors.....

I agree, I liked Farve.. but man He and Romo both.. really crap down their leg A LOT when the big games are on the line.. I shouldnt have called Romo a name.. but man is he ever going to pull through when the pressure is on during a big time game.. Not sure he can ever win a superbowl.. Like Farve did.
