    Close. It's the length of the boil itself, continuous addition is just brand specific. Most don't do continuous, rather 15 or 30 minute intervals with some right at the end for aroma.

    Hook has just been out-beersnobbed.

    Interesting stuff, but I dont have access to all the great micros you guys seem to. There are a few around here, but nothing like near major metro areas. You got us there. I did enjoy some great brews while in Madison last weekend though! Like a kid in a candy store up there.

    Coffee for me..then some stouts haven't decided which one yet. A day protesting at the capital has me in limbo for my beer mood.

    Harpoon El Triunfino Coffee Porter=Awesone
    Cisco Winter Shredder=Solid winter beer
    North Coast Old Rasputin=Awesome
    Breckenridge Vanilla Porter=Good, but its no Atwater
