wow, are you missing a chromosome, or did mommy and daddy just not love you enough? The "accuser(s)" are "the State," (in this case Georgia) on behalf of the informant and the police officer who swore to the affidavit. You can argue about police tactics all day long (wrong though you would likely be) but there is clearly no Constitutional issue at odds here. Here's to a cranked-out dope dealing fiend moving next door to you sometime soon. Hopefully you are a long way from the local PD. Some people either have to learn the hard way or never learn at all.
you made my point in your first sentence cause i've been talking about "in" the court room most of the time here. what about the op of this thread....is it ok for cops to issue thier own warrants? c'mon man, who is grinding away on the axe (or rights)? my eyes are open plenty.
well thanks for wishing me ill will. right back atcha. furthermore, the " state" is a geographic location. geez, some of you guys remind me of the english soldiers from say 1775 or worse yet german soldiers from 1940.
who said anything about ill will? I'm just saying you probably need to see how vile meth and meth dealers are first hand and be outside of a quick police response time to appreciate just how misguided you really are. I believe the confusion regarding how the police obtained the warrant is due poor verbiage used by the reporter. I lived in GA for a bit; and I have never heard of any LE agency there or anywhere in the USA being statutorily permitted to issue their own warrants without judicial review. Pretty sure that would be a direct violation of the 4th Amendment.
you did, when you said " heres to a dope fiend moving next door" blah blah and some other crap about chromosomes. its cool, you want a police state where only the police have freedom and I want everybody to have it.
johnny, I can only imagine that you are the kind of guy that doesnt think we should pay any taxes because they are unconstitutional. Your thought process is so far beyond reasonable that it baffles me. You would wet your panties if you had to walk one day in the shoes of the men and women that wear a badge and put their lives on the line every single day to help maintain some sort of civil decency in our country. You would walk into a crack house with a pan of brownies as a peace offering and your brains would become the latest wallpaper. You remind me of the guy that wanted to be friends with the grizzlies in Alaska and became bear scat. You are wasting your time here. Most of us have an IQ that is somewhat North of room temperature. You may earn the distinction of becoming the first poster here to earn a unanimous "ignore". Other than that….I think you are ugly and your mother dresses you funny. Nothing personal.
thats fine with me, I wouldn't lower myself enough to wear a leo badge much less violate people on a daily basis, as for the ignore, thats fine too as I dont think I want to be apart of a site so full of nazi types. and really, you, you're going to argue IQ's with me...talk about beating up on the unarmed. other than that, hopefully you get hep-c and give it to your husband...nothing personal.
Lol. This is fun johnny…..I disliked your posts too. Thanks for playing. We have some really nice parting gifts for you. You won a frontal lobotomy! How lucky………...Its exactly what you need!
not sure why you take it so personal or why you get all butt hurt...thanks again for the insults and the ill will. chalk up a win for fletch, proving once again that cops are always right.
Johnny, you are probably one of those guys that comments on youtube about videos involving cops that are killed on duty....probably like, "yeah that pig got what he deserved....". You just strike me as that kind.
I don't nor have I ever... is it bad to have such an opinion or make such comments? you strike me as the type that will go and violate someone's rights even though you know it's wrong just cause you're "just following orders".
I find it ironic that your signature reads "Thank a veteran that we don't have to spell our names that way", yet label the very men & women who keep you and yours safe right here at home "repulsive and barbaric"....
What part of that makes you say "wow". I'm not against the swat team doing the raid, I only stated that better judgment/training on when and how to use a flash bang grenade could have prevented this, and that the use of a flash bang was probably unnecessary.
That's not accurate at all, friend. Read your quote again. You have the audacity to turn this into a military v. LEO pissing contest? Really?? You should be ashamed of yourself.
Not a pissing contest, just pointing out that I think better tactics could have been used. I mentioned my experience with raids to back up my view, not insult law enforcement. In a later post I also mentioned that I would not say anything else critical of their mission because I know the team did not want it to result in a hurt child and that it is known that plans fall apart. I see how you may have interpreted it the way you did, but that was not my intent.
