So I am working on my writing as a new hobby so here is my first "article" (blog makes me feel like a hipster)
I will summarize it here but feel free to go check out the whole thing at
Hunt. Fish. Explore. | Come read and learn about my thoughts on deer hunting and bass fishing.

I am open to feedback, critics and suggestions,
    thanks for reading.

My main points for the article where to prep your gear and equipment beforehand, pack light, don't enter the woods too early, dont focus on your last hunt, and leave your phone off.

Great article, I try to hardly use my phone in the woods for that very reason, but keep it on me in case of emergency (needing to get down and see that my buddies took the wind out of one).

I like it. I've done a little writing for saltwater fishing mags. The key, I think, is to write constantly, and not get discouraged. You can become your own worst critic. Keep it up.

    Great article.

I'm guilty of using my phone way too much while on stand.

If you're going to keep your phone with you while on stand don't forget to TURN OFF THE RINGER! I keep my phone with me more for pics and video when I'm hunting.

Where I hunt a phone is about as useful as an arrow made from spaghetti on a rainy day.
