That at the same time you release a video that involves climbing into a culvert tube to retrieve a shot (hopefully dead) bear and on your homepage you have an article about getting mauled by a bear. Lets be honest - would you have climbed in there? Throwing rocks was a good idea but I might have sacrificed an arrow and launched one in there
I was confident in my shot especially after reviewing the footage, and was pretty sure I had heard his death bawl, which was muffled by the tunnel (I be the folks on the other side of the lake heard it like he was on a megaphone)
As far as the timing goes, I have no idea when they were scheduled to release the article, but I shot the bear on the 3rd, and mailed them the footage on the 7th.
I believe you know what you were doing, but as a guy who has never hunted bears that would have freaked me the ____ out the thought of it being megaphoned from that tunnel to unsuspecting people is a bit funny. "In Local news, residents believe they heard big foot near lake"
LOL, no doubt. What's more suspect is that I'm actually on the forums today for the first time in ages! LittleChief messaged me the other day. I came on the reply and figured I'd poke around a bit
Welcome back Fitz! Haven't watched the video yet. But planned to this afternoon. You connect on any bucks the last few years? Always enjoyed your journal on here. Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk
When you're dealing with many hundreds of gigs of footage, it's easier to mail it than upload it somewhere just so we have to download it all again. Small clips for socials works alright, but not a full hunt with multiple camera angles. Too bad Fitz won't stick around for long! He's too cool for us now.
