    Hello,

I think I might buy a dozen arrows this year. It's been about 5 or 6 years since the last buch I bought. (Surprisingly I still have 7 or 8 left.) Thought I would do a little research and figured this was a good place to start.

What is everyone using these days and why?

    Thanks in advance.

Oh Yeah. Matthews, 60#draw, carbon arrows.

I can't remeber what my old ones are or my draw length off the top of my head. Just trying to figure out which brand of arrow to look at.

Type of bow? Draw Length? How many pounds are you pulling?

Well as far as carbon companies there are a few. They all have an arrow that will fit your bow.
    Easton
    Carbon Express
    Bremen
    Gold Tip
    Carbon Force
    probably a few more...

    I have a z7 xtreme, 70#, 28 inch draw / arrows. I recently went from a .340 spine 9.6 gpi easton st. axis to a .340 spine 8.2 gpi flatline and couldn't be happier.

Arrow brands are just like bow brands, they're just pesonal preference.
    I prefer Mathews and Easton.

With a 60# bow, assuming your draw is 28-29 inches, I would look into a .400 spine arrow, 8.2 to 9.6 gpi.

I'm not a professional but that's where I would start. The best thing to do is hit up your local archery shop. Take your bow, tell them what you were thinking on price, they'll show you what your options are and what's best suited.
    There's a lot of variables.
