    Hi guys,

I prefer to wear a balaclava for concealment / scent control. I have a Scent Lok head cover that I like, but it is very loose fitting. I have shot with it in practice and it never interfered with the bow string...but it's so loose around the neck and face that it only seems a matter of time until it does interfere. I was wondering if people had experience with tight fitting balaclavas? I like the pics of the Under Armour one...but don't know if it really form fits like it does in pics. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks!

I have one made by redhead that is great at cutting off circulation.

Anymore I just use nothing at all or a loose neck gaiter I pull up once settled in stand

Tight gets uncomfortable real quick. Stay loose.

I love my new under armor one. It has an adjustable rope/strap in the back. It doesn't form to the neck but its snug on the jawline. I tuck it under my jack or shirt. No complaints here. Make sure to get the correct size though...

If you turn your head to check what's behind you, does it come out from your jacket and bunch up? That's what was happening with mine. I kept having to re-tuck it in my jacket neck. Got caught by some turkeys moving!

In my avatar pic I'm wearing one I picked up at Walmart. It was only like $4.75 so I figured why not. I actually really like it, more than I expected to at that price. Lol. It fits me perfect and is pretty form fitting. Its mossy oak break up infinity.

I tried to put a redhead one on at bass pro and couldnt get the neck over my head. I bought a scentlok @ sportsmans warehouse that has a short, split billed cap built into it which I like a lot.

I like that it has netting around the ears so you can hear well.(my old one had a strap that went just under my ears cutting off my hearing.) it has TWO straps which anchor in the same spot but can be tightened individually so it's never too tight on my ears.
