Its easy to point fingers and judge... But if I was the greatest golfer to ever walk this earth, id do whatever i wanted as well. His wife knew what she signed up for. I really hate sports scandal stories, because all i care about it what they do on the feild/court/green. Kobe and Tyson are rapist, MJ and Tiger are adulterers, Brett Favre was a drunken druggy and Randy Moss beat white kids up and smoked pot. I still love them all.
I know you're a sports nut, Simon... but abandoning all ethics and values just because you're good at one particular skillset? I agree I could care less about hearing about his or anyone's personal life, but I would hope that being good at something wouldn't cause you to be any different a person than you are now. On another note.... Tiger's writing a new book out for publication next year; it's called "My Shortest Drive." :D
I watch for the entertainment value and to see them showcase there skills. I will never be the worlds greatest at anything, so i really dont know how i would handle that situation. It seems the best always get in trouble though

Siman, I think I finally figured out your obsession with athletes. You, like many, don't see them as people but as figures upon pedestals that need not be held to the standards by which most people are "judged." Immersing yourself in an environment with these athletes and/or taking a step back and looking at them as actual people may reveal a little different attitude than "I'd do whatever I wanted as well."

Agreed! Why get married if you are not going to respect your vows and your spouse.If your marriage isn't right end it in a dignified way,don't subject your spouse to humiliation. Being a super star doesn't give you a free pass to do as you please with out consequence.
