More of the same. This won't change anything. Ray Small was suspended for half of his playing career at OSU for breaking team rules.
He already lied, so why should I hold judgement Yes Ray Small has an axe to grind for sure, but so did a lot of former Michigan players with Stretch Gate, it sucks does'nt it
Because, you are calling him guilty before his "trial". Neither you or I know what exactly happened and the hearing will clarify things. It gets annoying for sure... But, it seems that other fan bases make a bigger spectacle out of the situation than it really is by bashing the University, the players and coaches. I figure what ever happens, happens. (You would be hard pressed to find me bash a program or player, I may state my stance but don't bash. However, I do get enjoyment poking fun at UM though. Although I truly mean nothing by it.) I understand others want to get their jabs in while they can. While I don't agree with bashing and piling on, I know others like to and some live for it. The media coverage on this has been insane. I guess that kind of coverage and scrutiny comes with being one of the top programs.
He is gulity of not telling the truth, he sign the compliance form He admit it, he got suspended for it Yes buckeye I am just having some fun with you. Remember the beating I took over RR
Not justifying what happened, just stating.... I bet you cannot find a D1 coach who has to sign that compliance form who hasn't looked past some sort of infraction when penning their signature.
I did see a good report for OSU put out by the NCAA. They said OSU made more academic progress with it's athletes than any other team in the top 25. And.. "The football team had an APR of 971 last year and a four-year APR of 985, which ranks in the 90th to 100th percentile in the sport."
This is true. I suspect most of it on here is in good fun, but there are plenty of people that like to pile on. That is the only reason this is a big deal. Top program = lots of media attention (both good and bad). Also, top program = plenty of haters. The number of haters you have is a compliment. The more there are, the higher the compliment.
