I was having issues with one of my Moultrie M80's. It would take pictures when it was turned on, but once it went to sleep, it stopped recording pictures. The IR would flash but it never recorded another picture. I called Moultrie customer service and they had me do a little trouble shooting, changing batteries but nothing corrected the problem. I let them know that the camera was almost two years old. The asked for me to ship it to them, and they would take a look at it. If it could be repaired they would call me back with a repair cost. If it wasn't repairable they would send it back to me with some discounted camera options. This was about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago. I got a package from them to day with a brand new M80 camera. Certainly above and beyond what they had to do. Thanks Moultrie!
