I picked up a trufire edge 4. Got home to try it out, closed my eye to settle in on a anchor point the felt good & my peep needs to raised to accommodate for this release. Does that sound right? Having to raise the peep when switch to a thumb release. I've never shot a thumb release so this is new to me. The reason got the edge to was because I didn't want to spend a ton of money just in case I didn't like it. I can move my anchor point to shoot & still hold good groups out to 40yrds but the anchor point is not comfortable.

Always go with a solid anchor point. If that requires you to move your peep sight, so be it.

I took my bow to the shop & had them move the peep up. Now I have to move my housing up to get it back on at my 20yrd setting.

I've never been able to switch between a wrist release and a thumb release without changing my peep and my D-Loop length or my draw length.
