Looking for a good hunting three finger thumb release for XL hands. Picked up a Tru-Fire Edge 4 today that shot really good but just way to small for me. This is the first thumb release I've tried. I have a Scott Longhorn back tension release I use in the offseason that fits nice but it's not for hunting IMO. I know this isn't the time to make this kind of change but I hurt my wrist and my strap release is causing me pain. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help

Stanislawski makes releases in different sizes for different hands

They are pricey but great releases and they make a small medium large and XL

This is the reason I switched to a TruBall t handle thumb release. No straps to worry about, and it's always exactly where I want it. I never did find a strap release big enough for my hands.

If you are used to a Longhorn, get yourself a Scott Exxus. It is an incredibly nice release, very adjustable, and is the same contour as the Longhorn. I switch between a longhorn for 3D and indoor to an Exxus when fall comes around, its an easy switch. Both feel very natural
