ok, I'll play your silly games... 1980 - Bobby Gayle (yes girls in the south do indeed use their first and middle names!) was a junior and asked me to the junior prom. I was a sophomore & 16.
thanks? https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=NQncmCXUBQw you must be talking about a different boss hogg outlawz... oh THIS boss hog... [URL=" /duke boys!!!
Heck yeah.. You said it was 1980. That's the Dukes hay day. I have a Dukes of Hazzard lunch box dated 1980... Maybe it was yours!
I will have to look for some more but, this picture is where our house sits now. Our house was built in the mid 1800's and my Dad put so much work and money into redoing it he could never knock it down once we got an offer for our old lot. 5 Miles, 23 DTE Trucks, 10 Police Units, 5 Fire Units, 4 Intersections and 8 Hours later we had our house moved to the new location.
ok, here's another... more recent but still dated... August 2007 - Long Key, FL - Who would have thought a dumb okie could drive himself to the Florida Keys, camp on the beach, get up in the morning and catch a 10# bonefish. well, it takes determination, a certain amount of skill and at least SOME dumb luck... [URL=" /ignorant hillbillies are not skeered... /avoiding work today...
I watched it... and lived it, truth be known... I'll never forget hollerin !!!DUKE BOYS!!! before driving off an 8' bank into the creek figuring we would just skim the top of the water and glide to the other side of the creek if we didn't make it all the way across (40 feet?)... I was wrong. the truck hit the water and sank like a top in 4 foot of water. /under the influence
Yeah I loved the Duke boys. My brothers and I would always play it when we were kids. Being the youngest of three I always had to be Boss Hogg when they got to be Bo and Luke. We'd tear around chasing each other on our big wheels.
gonna keep it alive lol this was from the inaugural 9/11 Memorial Stairclimb in Montgomery, AL circa 2012 I believe.
Speaking of the Dukes, an area town had a car show last weekend. James Best aka Rosco was one of the celeb car judges. Just a reminder of how long ago that show was, Rosco is nearly 90 years old now
Going to a H.S. dance back in the early 80's. (I'm on the left for people who only know me as a chicken head) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
