    looks like a really decent mix of crops, funnels, and timber. Is this a lease; or would you be living on the property?
    If you're purchasing, I'd let that open area just south of the big woods area (where the top blue meets the yellow) grow up in CRP if it's not already. Great central bedding location that will create draws from everywhere and you could hunt it in any wind.

    It would be a lease. 3 hunters including a rifle season. Top left is corn, rest is hay. Too tight?

    for only 3 hunters? Even if all 3 of you hunt together at the same time every time I don't think that's too tight. Looks like a lot of good potential stand locations to choose from.

    only spot I would hunt is the lower corner I am guessing southwest corner, where blue line meets yellow line could be a great funnel other places farther north you may tend to chase deer away as you walk through to stands
