Is your stand close to the area they were he was bedded down? Can you still get to your stand without bumping him further?
If it was me, and I could get to my stand without being noticed, I would have just carried on. I have bumped deer walking to my stand and still had success.
I wouldn't worry to much about it. Maybe try and find another way in next time.

Do you have any other ways to get to that stand?

Should have set up a stalk right away!;) How far away is your stand from where you bumped them.

You'll never see him again. He is gone. Forever.

I don't think anyone can predict what the deer will do... I have bumped deer before walking in. Sat down... And within 30 mins later they came back. You just never know! When I shot my Kansas buck in September he was with 3 other bucks. I bumped all those deer getting out of the stand. 10 days later my buddy shot the biggest buck of the three out of the same stand.

This weekend I bumped my target buck in Nebraska on my way out of the stand. Hard telling if he will move or stick around. You never know. One things for certain, I won't know unless I get back in there!
