You're really not going see what you've been missing because of the sensing area of the camera. It is very fast but unless the subject is directly in front of the camera at a very close distance, it will not trigger. Sensing area has been a problem for Cuddeback for many years. If they would change this one thing they would have one of the best cameras on the market, but they haven't. I had a Cudde at one time and I put it on the same tree with a cheapo Stealthcam. The Stealthcam got nearly 4x as many pics. Everywhere I placed the Cudde I got far fewer pics than I had previously gotten with other cams. It doesn't matter how fast a cam is, it can't take a pic if it can't "see" the subject. That's why they advertise "Centered Subject Technology" It doesn't trigger unless the subject is directly in front of the camera. Here's a link to a chart that compares the detection zones of the various cameras. Cuddeback is at the very bottom by a long way. Not bashing you or your camera but you did ask.

I didn't even see Cuddeback listed on that DZ test?

Does anybody know if there's a way to lessen the brightness on the Attack flash cam? It's sooo bright it sometimes flashes out the subject in the pic!

Yes...enable the Parameter settings. In the menu setting go to display 1. Set to P1:1 for 10' flash range. P1:2 for 20' flash range. P1:3 for 30' flash range (which I believe is the default setting when the Parameter is not enabled.) Or P1:4 for 40'+ flash range.

I agree and I've had alot of washed out pics with my Attacks compared to my old Cuddebacks.

my problem with the attacks is when the battery life gets to 50 it seems i need to change the batteries or it will act up. so battery life sucks only gey acouple months out of them. and as far as them getting moisture inside they suck always fogged up inside in all 3 of my attack.

I think Cuddeback has gone downhill in the past few years. They used to be one of the best in the business, but haven't done much lately to keep up with quickly advancing technology. I still have a couple of the older models. They take far less pictures than other cameras and about 60% of the time my ir doesn't work, but I put them out anyways. I don't think I would buy a cuddeback again unless it was a deal I couldn't pass or they show some significant improvement.
