Those of you that process your own deer....how long is the process?

    For younglings only... which I seldom shoot. I pull the hide, rinse, remove the shoulders, loins, h.q.s and neck and use everything for very tender roast... nothing wasted. I wrap it all with butcher paper and freeze them immediately. In warm Alabama, hanging is counterproductive 99% of the time.

    If you are smart...it takes half the amount of time with a few friends and a case of beer.
