I'm Missouri born and raised in this area of western MO and eastern KS, I'm not really familiar with a big portion of KS (especially from mid-KS on west. However, I have spent a little time around Salina the last three years having traveled out there to the No-till On the Plains conferences every January. From what I've seen out there, there's quite a bit of big ag in that area, way more than I ever realized. There should be some whoppers in that area though by the time I'm always out there the bucks have all shed so I've never seen a deer out there with antlers, lol. It does look like a good region for deer though for sure. I enjoy my trips out there every year except I usually get caught in snow or ice while I'm there at the end of Jan, lol.

I think he's 6-7 years old this year, he looked five and a half in 2013. These pics were taken in Jan of 2014 but he looked 5.5 during the 2013 season, I can't find the other two or three pics I had of him from that fall. Two Towers I think is a year younger at 6 this year. He looked 4.5 to me during the season of 2013
