Well we just got the snow about 95% melted off in the last couple days. It was finally looking good.... So last night we got a nice sheet of KS ice on everything and 9-12 inches of snow expected tonight to go on top of it! Greeaaat!!!
Suppose to get 12-18 inches of snow here in Southwestern Wisconsin. We already got at least a foot of snow on the ground. Mother nature can't give us a break.
Yup, expecting 10-12 inches of snow tomorrow night. I will be getting out tomorrow to pull some cameras and do a little looking around before mother nature hits us.
Good luck with that Dan! You might want to put a snowmobile in the back of the truck so you still have a way if you get snowed in!
Everytime I start to think I'm gonna get some primetime shed hunting action, it just snows more. We get a 75% meltoff, followed by a few more inches of fresh powder and a week of highs in the 20's... That said, this guy has found four sheds so far, and he'd be happy to end the season with the counter stuck on 4. LOL Quality over quantity.
What the heck ?? Ohio has ruinned you !!! Quality over quantity ?? That just isn't right !!! Get you butt out there and find some spikes and forkies and quit talking this nonsense !!!!!!!!! Tis a sad day. Tim
The snow don't bother me so much as the fact it is all powdery, everything and anything disappears into it without a trace. Just when it seems like the snow starts to settle, we get another 2-3-more inches on top...... Hopefully it is all getting dumped right now and will be good in a 2-3 weeks when most of the bucks seem to drop around here.....
x2. It freakin sucks. Got around 4 on thursday, another 4 or so last night...and it's snowing now. Luckily I have a late turkey season this year. So I'll be doing most of my sheddin late march into april. Hopefully they don't all turn into squirrel crap before that.
