Do your self a favor, and don't shoot that many arrows at the same spot. It will come back to haunt you. More info is needed about the site to help you any. I have the HHA OL5000 single pin sight. I have it zeroed in at 20yrds, and haven't touched it since 2007, when I put it on my bow.

For sure don't shoot that many arrows. I don't even shoot three at the same target anymore. Having said that, start out by walk back tuning. It's a simple process and if you don't know what it is do a quick search. After that, shoot three arrows - several rounds - for three days. This will prevent you from adjusting your sight based off of a bad day. Take photos or store the average in your brain and then make the adjustments on the third day. If you don't know, chase the arrow when adjusting your sight.
