Yea that throws the for a loop. Covering lots of ground and I always find new spots to trespass on during those long trails. Makes it worth while even if you can’t recover the deer.

Wanna know the best part of trespassing? All the free trail cams you come across! It’s awesome, they are just there for the taking.

That why I carry a card reader with me....if see a big deer on the cam I stop trailing the gut shot spike and start hunting right there. I have found some good spots by cams, lots of times the stands are already up.

I don’t care if it’s a full blown rack, a spike or just a couple of tic tac sized buttons on its head. It’s getting shot.

    FYI: fawns taste incredible

Oh? I've never seen one in person and I couldn't tell what the kid was holding anyway, I thought it was a CB handset. There for a sec I was afraid you were going to a much darker place than a breathalyzer.

I've always liked running game down with my Harley and shooting them with my .45......... With my LEFT hand. I find it challenging.

If its brown its down. I hate that you all judge me for my SPORT. Just because I shoot at silhouettes past legal shooting light with my crossbow doesnt make me unethical. Besides, i know where the deer are gonna be; they always come out by my corn pile which is a real convenience. Either way, my ten point and rage heads are a deadly combination out t0 300 yards. I dont know why people obsess so much over the issue of "shot placement", you just put the crosshairs somewhere where there is brown fur and honestly the rest takes care of itself. Im a real accomplished man, ive killed 11 pope and young registered bucks with my ten point.

That's a good one. This might be the place to get a straight answer about the F-150. ...so here goes. I'm nearing retirement in a few years so I will probably buy 1 last new truck in hopes it lasts a long time. My one major concern about the Ford is the electrolysis that could happen where the aluminum meets steel. You could oil spray that thing till it gushes and it will not stop electrolysis. And most of us know what happens to the aluminum once this starts....it turns to chalk dust. Now next year GM will be using some aluminum as well as carbon fibre. It seems like you can't win and Dodge is out of the question.

Let's liven this thread up with a Ford/ Chevy war.
