[SUB]Woke at at zero dark thirty and headed to my moms where I hunt a 40acre lot that butts up to my moms property
Walked in to my stand wicked quiet, don't spook anything things are starting off great. Climb my two man stand that has a full enclosure surround that perfect for using my Xbow. Siting there waiting for daylight to come and I can hear some crunching of leaves in the distance. Perfect. Something maybe making its way towards me.

About 30 min after full light I hear something walking my way off in the distance. Grab my Xbow and get settled
I hear a faint noise , like a call. Maybe a doe bleet I hear marrrrrrrrr, Pause. Marrrrrrrr, Marrrrrrr,
It's getting closer. It's off to my right and I can't see cause of the full surround. Something walking louder. Getting closer. Then at a crazy loud scream. I hear my name being yelled. MARK. Mark. Mark. I'm like WTF. It's getting closer. MARK. Mark. So now in like screw it. I yell out are you kidding me. WHAT!!!!!!!

It's my mom, she walked all the way in on my trail . She gets right up on my stand And says. My battery is dead my car won't start. Ugh.. So I get out and walk back to jump her car...
I still can't believe she walked in to me..... That's how my hunt went this morning...

I don't even know what to say. That's hilarious. It could only be better if she was in a bathrobe with her hair in curlers, walking through the woods.

Ya. It's funny after the fact. I kinda felt like I was a teenager again making out with my girlfriend and my mom bursts in the door.

That is good. Haven't laughed like that for a while. Be sure to take care of you Mom. I'm sure she took care of you for long enough.

Exactly. I have a new 8 that's hitting my food and my cam shows him coming in at daylight.
I'm gonna be looking over my shoulder every time a deer comes in to make sure mom ain't walking in to bring me coffee lol...

Be glad you still have a mom to mess up your hunt even though they can sometimes be... well you know.

You gotta love it.. bet she was grateful that you were there and not doing anything important so you could help her out. Seriously though..ya gotta take care of mom...she's the only one you will ever have, and you won't have her forever.
