Not really, I can converse with Doug/New just find, and I don't disagree with some of their points, but I do disagee with some.

Will someone please explain for the dull minded folks in the room (guilty as charged), how the second quote is a personal attack for it's sarcasm while the first isn't?

Cynical attitudes and sarcasm should only be dealt when they can be endured as well.;)

I have my mouse over the back button. Now move slowly away from your computer or I'll push it.

Not much, as you really don't know either of us. Just a wrong opinion, likely in both counts.

    Change your example to

    Dakota Fanning is a prick
    Trevor Embry is a prick

........and then you may see the only point people have been trying to show you for 10 pages.

Seriously man, just look at the above example. Quit turning things around, relabeling things, citing new examples...Just look at the one that is relevant.

You were cynical about a LITTLE GIRLS SUCCESS. When someone in turn was cynical about your success, you took it personal (although all he did was mimic YOUR words, which is the hilarious part)

Just a few days ago I was told by someone to not speak to/of someone in a manner you wouldn't in their presence (regardless if I was even doing that in the first place). Would you have said that to that little girl?

No it's not hard to say that Germ and I have. And hell if she wants to be the next Tiffany, have at it. But to me she is already in that category of hunter, not diminishing her she just is. 3 bucks over 150" in one year, 20 + deer a sit half of which are bucks, and I'm sure more big bucks to come. Sure I can say well done, I just can't relate. I'm sorry the best thing I have to compare it to is hunting videos and no matter who the hunter is I feel the same way "Wow, hell of a buck I would like to hunt somewhere like that some day." You know what I mean, a Dream Hunt so to speak. Now if there is a hunter who every hunt is a "Dream Hunt" and every buck is "A Buck of a Lifetime" to most everyone else I can't relate to it. I'm not trying to be a d***, it's just my opinion and I almost wish I had sat this one out.

I give up in life. I don't view the girl as a hero, an amazing hunter, a big buck killing machine, none of the above. I don't even think that most people reading this thread at this point even realize that Germ's comments toward Jeff were meant in JEST to point out how cynical Jeff's original comment was.

I just see something wrong when someone's first words of congratulations towards a little girl are cynical, and extremely sarcastic. A little girl killed a great deer, say yay, and move on with life. Don't be a **** about it. Insert whoever's name above the quote, and I would say the same.

Not admiring the girl as a hero is one thing, being a cynical ahole about her kills is another.

If I had those type of bucks living in my hunting area I would spend a week in a ground blind! LOL.

See That's the difference tembry, yourself, germ, pt think he was being a cynical a hole and I think he was doing a recall of a debate we have on this very website all the time. That's the way I took it, you took it different, so what difference of opinion. It was also a post made after reading the link which in all honesty contained some off the wall comments within it that made me laugh and obviously others too, I've already posted those here. This thread linked to another thread and therefore it grew, everything in that thread, that story became open for discussion IMO. If all you want to say is good job, so be it. I had more thoughts on the topic so I posted them.

What is really sad, is that the little girl probablly isn't nearly as childish as alot of guys on this board.
