That I cannot answer. I would never take anything said on an internet forum, personally. Anyone on here can call me anything they want and it wouldn't change my day.
A lot of people kill does, BB's, Bucks, and even monster bucks every season with compounds, recurves, and longbows as well. (Except me of course. I am a loser.:p) A lot of them never post or visit this forum either. A lot of them have great places to hunt. Let's just say someone posted a link to their story. Would it be the same? If you did not know the facts? If you did know the facts? It's just one big hypocritical happy family.:D

I can't say what Jeff's intent was in his post, but as you can see my intent was not conveyed. Those that know me better than just another dude on the forum either understood my post and applauded it, or took it as you did and questioned me on it because they were surprised I would post something like that. So, my post was poorly written and as a result misunderstood. My bad. To your point though, yes it is interesting that I get applauded and others (ahem) get jumped. As I said before, Haterade. You have to drink it, it's that damn good.
If I am ever graced with a daughter, I would feel lucky to have one so excited about the outdoors. If she spent the night in a blind, I don't think that I could just call this a case of a "baited hook." I am sure that there is a fair share of fathers out there that are dragging their kids out for youth seasons and the like and the kid wants very little to do with it. This girl doesn't sound like she fits that mold. Congrats.
