    Important Message from the WDNR
    From Sec. of the WDNR; Citizens of the State of Wisconsin.

    Please remove all concrete, plastic, or fiberglass deer ornaments off your lawns
    by Jan. 10, 2010 . The WDNR will be doing a deer count state
    wide and some deer ornaments may have been counted the
    last two years by mistake.
    Thank you for your cooperation WDNR

    Now they are blaming the concrete deer? WTF has it come to? What they should do is own up to the fact that they lied about the deer population to begin with.
