We cannot be cafeteria constitutionalist and pick and choose what amendments we honor in a time of crisis. They just threw out 1[SUP]st[/SUP] , 5[SUP]th[/SUP] , 6[SUP]th[/SUP] , 8[SUP]th[/SUP] and 9[SUP]th[/SUP] amendments because of fear, the same thing folks do to the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP]. We have to support them all!!!!! Note anyone who understands our laws knew what we could do and not do.
