    My dad shot a cool buck this morning with his ML in the pouring rain. Had a 3" drop on one side and the other side drop was broke off. He wont score much but a cool deer none the less.
    So with all the excitement of his deer I took off for the woods about 100PM. I get in the stand about 1:20. As I am hanging my backpack I hear a limb snap down the ridge from me. I got a arrow knocked real quick and hung my quiver up. I turn around to sit down and see him coming. I grab my release and get it on. He walked right into 10 yrds and I stop him. Smoked him with the Rage with instant blood at impact. He ran about 50 yrds and started to fall. Unfortunately for me he was at the edge of the ridge and fell over into the big steep ravine. Note the hill behind me!!LOL. It was a bad drag! He scored 150 6/8" 8pt and field dressed out at 210lbs.

    Very, very cool.

    I'd love to take a bruiser some day and be able to hang a few trail cam pics of him when he was alive around his mount.

    It seems to happen quite often. Its like we have to out do each other. I think we have shot bucks on the same day 3 or 4 times!! Really cool
