I don't know, I must be living under a rock or something I guess. :p I've obviously heard quite a bit about Heartland Bowhunters with Michael on the forums, etc............but never really watched their shows or videos. I just happened to never catch them somehow, and to be honest, most of the shows and videos I see these days pretty much suck and just don't catch my attention........so I never made it a point to watch their stuff. The last couple days I have caught 2x seperate episodes of their show on the Sportsman Channel. I've gotta say, based on what I saw on these two shows................I think it's the best show I've seen on TV for quite some time. It has captured my attention through the whole show, and for the first time in over a year, I've set the DVR to record a hunting show. Kudos to you guys. I look forward to hearing more about the North Dakota trip when you have a chance to update us.

It is a great show. They made me want to go try my luck at geese. I can get snows to come into the pasture behind my place and just may give it a shot this year. The music by Reckless Kelly is pretty good too!
It is the only one that I watch on a regular basis. And have all of them on my tivo. And for a great laugh I always put on Fat Fingers Turkey episode!! Still makes me laugh!
They are better than most shows out there. They also took Crick hunting which was a cool episode, I give them a definite thumbs up.
you guys are gonna kill me but my fav is still Gettin' Close. then comes HB! i mean its not like you are even watching a hunting show, becasue the quality is sooooooooooo much better than the rest out there.... its like im in a theater!
Jeff has been gone on an elk hunt. If I remember correctly he said it would online on the 11th, so tomorrow.
I've never seen the show (don't get the Sportmans Channel), but Michael seems grounded enough through his interaction on the boards, that I'd believe their shows are of a higher quality than most.
LMAO, that was hilarious. HB definitely has a great show. I've been fortunate enough to meet some of the guys and they are real genuine good guys (and gals). It's funny how good people translate to a good show. Makes you wonder about those making the crummy shows.
