With a tag of $120 (Cabela's), I'm thinking that throwing some smaller hand warmers near your toes might be a smarter option

But not a more comfortable option! The problem with hand warmers is your feet over heat and start to sweat. That and they are not comfortable. And a PITA to take my boots off and place them in my boots once I am already in the stand. Putting them in place at the truck just compounds the problem.

I tried those toe warmers in my boot, they didn't do a whole lot for me, im debating about these myself as well, they look worth the investment if they work as advertised.

I got them for a Christmas gift last year and used them late season bow and ice fishing. They don't get super warm but I turned them on when my toes started to get cold and they were warm a few minutes later so I turned them down to low and left them on. I like mine and am excited to use them this year for the whole season. Way more convenient than the warmer packs but no where near as hot. Plan on buying them for my dad this year.

I thought about getting these until I saw the price tag. I will stick with my battery powered socks.

I dont want to waste any more $ than the next guy with hunting products that dont work, but if they work I dont think $120 is to much to keep your feet warm when it is cold. I have thought about buying them as well but havent heard from anyone I know how well they work. With the amount of cash most of us spend on bows, camo, accessories, stands, hell every thing to try and shoot a deer $120 to keep your feet warm and probably stay on stand longer seams like a smart thing to do.

I had some gift cards burning a hole in my pocket so I picked up a set to try out this fall. I'm a sissy when it comes to cold feet, so I'll let you know how they work when it gets cold out. In my brief "testing" at home, they worked great. :tu:

Agreed! Hate to invest all this time and money to hunt and then be miserable because my toes are frozen. I'll be using a pair this year

I didn't have to trim mine any but there are lines on the bottom that show you where to trim them if you need to. I just had to remove the stock liner out of my boots and these do make the boots a little more snug but not too bad.
