Ok, I am bragging a little bit this morning, but back in February my wife and I began dieting and working out. I must say it's alot tougher at my age now than it used to be. But this morning all the hard work and sweating has paid off. I have met, and actually supassed my original weight-loss goal. I have lost 77lbs in a little more than 7 months. I have decided to extend my goal another 13lbs but it sure felt great moving that scale down another notch this morning. Blessings........Pastorjim
Congrats. I am a semi retired weight lifter. I know how hard it is to hit those goals. Discipline is a test of character. Glad you succeeded!
Awesome! Congrats. Now other good thing about losing all that weight you get to buy new camo. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
No secret at all. It's all about calories in calories burned. I do 1500 calories a day and work out 4 days a week. Blessings. ...........Pastorjim
Come on, man!! No one wants to hear that... can't you suggest a wrap, or a juice-in-a-jar thing or some other magic potion?!
I wish I could. If there were some kind of magic pill I'd be the first in line for it. But there isnt. It ain't easy and we don't always want to get up and go do it, but we do. And every time I'm tempted to eat something that would put me over my count, I think that is an hour on the treadmill or 45min on the bike or eliptical. So far that thought has kept me honest.
