Is the prosecution trying to lose this case? Their 2 witnesses have been absolutely horrible. First they gave us the wonder that is Rachel Jeantel. Now their other witness gets on the stand and says that he witnessed Trayvon on top of Zimmerman beating him MMA style, so the prosecution then has to turn on their own witness and try to call him a liar Incredible.
No matter which side prevails, 2 lives ended the second Zimmerman pulled the trigger. I don't think we are ever going to know what really happened that night, but the entire event could have been avoided.
All they have to do is compare pictures of Martin's and Zimmerman's faces and hands and see who was hitting who. Self defense applies here, case closed in my opinion. I think the only reason they are really even having a trial is to prevent rioting and immediate backlash from the community.
My thing is how are you a 19 yr old in 12th grade and cant read or write in cursive writing? Our education system is failing SMH ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What we have from the actual credible witnesses so far... - Trayvon was seen on top of Zimmerman beating him MMA style - Zimmerman was woozy and staggering immediately after the altercation - Zimmerman immediately saying to a witness "I had to shoot him in self defense" And this all came from the prosecution's witnesses If I'm the defense attorney, I just say "The defense rest" after the prosecution gets done.
Although had Zimmerman stayed in his vehicle, as he was advised by police, then there would have been no confrontation in the first place. No self defense needed. Martin was not in the act of a crime at the time Zimmerman approached him, just looked suspicious. He could have called it in, like he did, and let the real police do their job. Instead this wanna be police officer took action in to his own hands and look how that turned out.
Is Mr. Zimmerman not free to walk through the same neighborhood as MR. Martin was with out the threat of being beat up?
Yes and Mr. Martin is free to walk through and not be followed or approached by "I wish I was a cop". Funny how some always leave this out
I know where you are going with this, but Z had every right to approach T and ask him what he was up to. T did not have to turn it into an altercation. I have walked up to strangers on my street and asked them if I could help them find what they were looking for.
And.....shes right The first thing they teach you in a legit ccw class is that if a confrontation can be avoided thats the ideal ...im not saying he doesnt have the right to defend himself but the fact is he couldve avoided having to pull the trigger in the first place Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Did he feel threaten by him? or did he just start beating on him? I don't know, nobody knows, but at some point Zimmerman needs to be held accountable for playing "wana be cop" I do not think that is a murder conviction.
