I'm generally pretty conservative, but making gay marriage legal doesn't really bother me. This seems to be far more of a moral issue with most. Those that are opposed to it, how does it effect your lives?
sure it is about sour grapes, bush shoulda been taken to task for it when he did it as well... but it also shouldn't be used as an excuse to do it yourself or justify 'your guy' just because another guy did it... its a poor argument... I would like to subscribe to your newsletter sir!!!
So, I guess Animalism is ok too? Should we go ahead and make that legal as well. You have to draw a line somewhere, or at least I do. I suppose some just have a distorted viewpoint of natural/conscience/moral. The government making decisions today is mostly laughable at best. They traded in their balls for money a long time ago. You have to realize very few in office even try to stand up for "right" decisions. They are basically puppets on the strings of wealth/power.
So the President is choosing to not enforce a law the American people put into law via the lawmakers? I am not talking about homosexuality being right or wrong so please do not interpret what I am saying based on my comments. I am merely commenting on the President not defending a law that we put into place. I have an issue with that. What is next? The President "choosing" to not tax the lower 75% of all money earners and ramping the taxes for the top 25% of all money earners by 400%?
