Thet cried because the Jets celebrated their win too much?!! Complaining about the backflip??? I am sure it has nothing to do wwith the Jets talkin smack all week and backing it up ... as much as I hate the Jets, I hate the Patriots more... any of you guys agree with the Pats?
I don't like either team, but the Patriots make it hard to ever root for them. They haven't won a SB since Spygate and they whine when they lose. The backflip was pretty over the top, but they won on the road....good for them.
i saw notihng wrong with how the jets acted... like T said, they talked it and walked it... sore losers is all the pats were bein...
That's what the Pat's get for running up the score the last time. I don't care for either team but this is football they should stop whining
I don't understand why running up the score is an issue, at the professional level. If you don't want someone to keep scoring, stop them. This isn't t-ball.
Teams and coaches seem to get PO'ed when a team runs up the score on them. Like the Pat's did to the Jet's. now payback"s a Biotch a there whining. I have no problem with a team running up a score if the other team can't stop them that's there problem. What comes around goes around that's all I meant.
The Pats don't seem to run up on the score on just anyone. There was a reason they ran up the score on the Jets. "What goes around, comes around" like you said. I agree, Branch shouldn't be whining. Some of the Pats players would have been doing the same thing if they won. The Jets are probably the least classy team in the NFL. Did anyone really expect anything different if they won?
I don't have a problem with it. They're going to the AFC championship game. That's backflip worthy IMO. Mighty impressive one at that. He really stuck the landing. One way to make them not celebrate on their own field...... don't give them a reason to.
Does one player (Branch) whining mean the Patriots entire team is whining?? Everyone else I saw in interviews gave credit to Jets for outplaying them. I think this thread is making a lot out of nothing. I don't like the jets but I was happy to see the Patriots get beat. I did think it was pretty f'd up that Rex Ryan ran down to the end zone on the Jet's last td when there was around 1:50 left in the game.
That was running? I thought for sure he would need oxygen after that 20 yard trot. If the Pats had won, and then celebrated in a similar fashion afterward causing one Jets player to question their antics, my bet is this thread would have a different theme. It wouldn't be about the Jets whining.
I consider myself a pats fan being from the northeast and all but I wasn't impressed with anything that happened last night coming from the NE side.
I don't like the jets. I am glad to see they won though. Now they're in for a reality check next Sunday in Pittsburgh. Go Steelers!
