Finally picked up my ground blind and my rage hypodermics. I'm primed and nearly ready for turkey season. The only other thing that I just thought about this evening was a shooting stool to sit on. I guess tomorrow is going to be a day of standing. Is a good thing my boots are well broke in.
Walmart has some great little 3 leg swivel Coleman camping stools, a little spray paint or camo tape and your ready for action
Thanks for the info. I already picked up a seat from my local sport shop. I saw a few this morning but nothing came into my set. They are consistent with their path so I set my blind in a spot where I think they cross an opening between two sets of pine trees. Hopefully it'll be easy on Tuesday morning. I'll keep everyone posted.

This happened last Thursday. I received my CBE Vertex Target sight, scope and lens. I have to say I am super impressed with the sight. Top notch quality!
That is one of the coolest looking target sights I've seen. Very cool! Makes me want to get a dedicated target bow. What bow did you put the CBE on?
Saturday morning I hauled my blind, decoy bag, chair and my bow across the field to where I set up. I knew where I wanted to be but I didn't realize how far it was. Turned out to be about 3/4 mile and the skinny little straps on my blind and chair really were cutting into my shoulders. As soon as I was set up I ordered a pack frame. I have one budgeted for an elk trip this fall anyway, I just moved it up a bit. I have seen a blind backpack that everything attaches to but my Redneck Blind chair throws a wrinkle into that. I plan on attaching the chair first, then sling the blind down a ways so it doesn't stick over the top of my head, then the decoys. I should be able to manage the bow in my free hand at that point. If not, I have extra nylon. I'll try to post pictures when I have it all set up. Commander + Pack Bag **/** ALPS OutdoorZ
