The what gear did you buy today thread!

Well, put it this way...I hit the road with...back up here a min. I ordered icebreaker because their site was simple to navigate and it is top quality. Comparisons..none to offer. I hit the road for a five day solo Backcountry deer hunt and the temps were 27+/- at night and 45-55 in the days. The full 260 bottom base was perfect. Size chart online accurate. Got First Lite skibbys locally and after five days and wet wipes was snug as a bug..perfect! I got into deer everyday..no buck..tag soup..but went almost completely undetected. I ghosted em and had a tiny one horn spike at 15' ft. Does at 30-44 yards. .. We can't take does.
I like it, ordered more and can not wait to get back out there. Really good stuff.

ordered a tightspot,fuse carbon blade 5 pin,6 inch carbon blade stab this new string is spensive

 

New pack for hunting today. Found a good deal on a field and stream pack with the water bladder in it. Should be good for long hikes to the stand for next year. Gotta start filling it full of stuff for hunting trips next year as well.

 

Picked up a Infinite Edge today for the woman. Seems like a decent lil rig for $375 out the door. Out of all the bows she tried this was the one she wanted. I was a pretty happy camper she didn't want the Matthews Jewel and some of the other bows we had her try.

 

Got myself a badlands "tree stand" pack from my in laws for Xmas! Super stoked!

I've wanted one for a long time but have been too cheap to buy one. I have a 5 year old "field line" pack that my wife & kids bought me for my bday but have already replaced the zippers twice & was ready for something new!
