    I think it has rained in all the five years i have been going to this thing :rant: I remember one time pulling in and it started hailing, we were packed under that little shelter hut.

    I'm making a funny, I would bring out my travel trailer that a bunch of us could have stayed in, but when it comes to hunting or drunk buddies, my wife doesn't think thats a good idea!

    Kinda funny you have to go south of the border to find some cool air. Have some faith....they called for rain and t-storms last weekend keeping me off of Lake Michigan and it never rained or stormed. GGRRRRR!!! One piece of advice...in case it is raining make sure your strings are waxed!

    I guess I will have to pack a big tarp then, I don't want to deal with waterproofing the tent :o Hopefully it doesn't rain like it did here the other day, it rained 10" in one day

    Forecast has changed - supposed to be 68 and partly sunny on Saturday. The place may be a little wet from rains Thursday/Friday but we should be good for Saturday. No excuses! :tu:

    this coming from someone that shoots highly elusive game; fish. oohh boy sittin on the edge of my seat for one of those videos.
    you must use a hught, since tha's all their good for.:poke:

    Now wait a minute... fish are small and deer are big. Much, much easier to drill a deer than a fish.

    ...and I'm pretty sure I've never shot a 'hught', whatever that might be.... ;)
