I'm not a fan of the midseason breaks either. I tell you what though, that Midseason finale was a great one. Very sad to see Herschel go though, I really liked him.
Maybe he will come back again? They never showed him actually being killed. Or, maybe he will come back a walker and Maggie can exact her revenge. Either way, mid season breaks are majorly
I'm still not sure what to think of it. At first I was thinking he's not dead. They didn't show him get shot, only her shooting. As gory as it is you would think they would have used it. But then after watching the aftershow they made it appear he was in fact dead talking about how it happened in the comic books. Definitely makes the second half of the season intriguing, a lot of unexpected last night.
That was an exciting episode for sure. I was pumped when the little girl shot that man and woman trying to kill tyrese. But I'm happy with who died last night. It was getting to the point where a major character had to die. I think the next half might be slow compared to what just happened. They'll have to regroup and find a new settlement. In a real situation the Governor wouldv'e killed Michonne first instead of Hershel.
Yep, ole "one eyed Bry" is dead...thought it was pretty obvious. I was pissed that Michonne left him like that thinking he might make it. Glad his GF finished him off. The real debate is if baby Judith is dead.
I was disappointed that Michone didn't hack the bastage to pieces about two steps from zombies... Good episode though. I would have headed north to cold climate when the crap hit the fan. No way zombies would have not frozen up there. Of course the whole premise of zombies is pretty retarded anyway but these shows are still fun as long as you don't think about it too much, haha.
Was definitely a pretty crazy episode. Be a interesting rest of season with everybody being scattered.
Yeah, I started thinking of stuff last night that seemed stupid, and needed to stop myself before it ruined how I viewed the show. I was entertained, that's all that matters, I gotta keep myself from analyzing every show on how fake it is, haha.
Yeah that's the question, did the baby make it? Some stuff is a little off from the comic, Lori dies with the baby in her arms in the attack on the prison and Hershel is shot and killed also but they had to change things up some. The Governor does get smoked by his gf in the comic though! Oh and Daryl isn't even a character in the comic but man I'm gonna be pissed if they kill him off!
Judith will be alive, I'm betting somehow Carol was involved with either Judith or the bus. I'm thinkin she was lurking outside the prison keeping an eye on the two girls. I'm glad I don't know of the comics actually, I probably wouldn't enjoy it as much if I did.
I didn't even think of that possibility. I had actually thought about Carol maybe coming back and killing the governer when he was outside the prison, or something like that to help the prison group, but I didn't really think of her lurking outside the gates, and grabbing the bus.
We love this show. Me, my wife, her sister and their whole family. We are HOOKED!! Some of the things on the show are a bit off. Like last night's episode when Carl said to Daryl that he could kill the Governor from where they were behind the fence. Daryl said, " That is a 50 yard shot!" Ok. Carl was shooting a 30/30 and Daryl had a M16 or AR-15. Either weapon is more than capable of hitting the Governor between the yes at 50 yards. Even without a scope. Anyways, it was an Awesome Show. I wanted Mishonne to cut the Governor in half, but I thought it was cool the way he bit the dust.
I bet mishonne has Judith. It will help tell the story of why she broke down in the prison when Judith threw up on Beth and handed her to Mishonne. Stupid mid season breaks!
The only part that pisses me off is this feels like a repeat of the end of season two. They find a good settlement, things are peaceful, them major catastrophe, they move on and find a new place. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
We also have a running mystery in the show now.... When the Governor started to leave and found the walkers stuck in mud, effectively making a roadblock and the group of campers that were wiped out by other people. We have yet to see who these other people are. My bet is they will be the replacement evil filling in for the Gov in the next half of the season. When I was a kid I saw night of the living dead....the old version....zombies and thoughts of zombies scared the crap out of me until I realized around the age of 14 that an organism comprised of dead tissue would be impossible to remain animate. Muscles take blood flow to function, like hydraulics cannot work without oil pressure. These walkers are completely dead...hearts do not pump and blood does not flow. Besides they would bloat and maggots would eat them up within a month or so in that heat. Yeah, the idea of "walking dead" is totally stupid when you think about it....but holy crap this show is still fun! Oh.....and like Darryl wasn't already bad *** enough....he blew up a tank, LOL! Darryl is epically cool...maybe the best character ever!
