I bought some new sights about two weeks (10 days not counting weekends) and haven't received them yet. Im not sure what to do. I figured they would get here faster then the stuff I ordered from Lancasters. As Lancasters is in PA and the sights I ordered came from California. But the fact is the stuff I ordered from Lancasters got here quicker. Do I open a claim or something? I bought it off of ebay and paid using paypal.

Before you open a case with eBay try contacting the seller to find out if and when the product shipped and to get tracking information for it. If you get no response in 24 hours then open a case.

In that case I'd contact the shipping provider to find out where it's at.

You'll get a better and faster response either calling your local post office or taking the tracking info and going in to talk them. My experience with emailing USPS has been less than satisfying.

Yeah they will be able to look up the tracking and they can usually see more information than we can online. At least mine has helped me that in the past. It's worth a try.
