People still won't believe. This information has been out there for years. Same people will blame their broadhead too, because it obviously didn't open
and then there is this...the green dot is where most folks hit and think they went under the spine or no-mans land..
Wish the video was online of my buddy George Cummins he made this shot on film with a bow and of course the deer lived a month later he killed the same deer with a M/L ...It aired on the hunt with Greg and Jake a few months ago so isn't available yet...
found it go to the third video down...not the full vid but does show the bow shot Videos - The Hunt | MillerTV.net | Greg and Jake Miller | InPursuit
You can also clip the top of just one lung if they are quartering away leaving one good lung and they survive, provided you don't hit something that carried blood of course. This is often what actually happens when someone says they "hit a void under the spine". There is a void above the spine but not under.
it was he was at a very step angle and on slow mo the exit looked good if you look frame by frame it still looked good.., we looked for several hours the next day found blood but not much, we came back later in the day and put out 4 or 5 cams on the other side of the farm.. Then he went to KS when he got back he had pics..had to wait almost a month for the right wind and went back in and killed him first sit with a M/L you could see where he hit him previously and the exit still looked good.. the whole hunt back story to killed is on film..
